Our flexible pricing structure ensures you only pay for the level of service you require. We have a fixed minimum cost of $36 (including GST), which will cover you for the first 30 minutes.
If your issue cannot be resolved within the first 30 minutes, your Tech will provide you guidance on time and cost to resolve the issue. After the first 30 minutes our support services are charged at $18 per 15 minutes (including GST).
